Reporting bugs
We are constantly improving so we can offer you the best managing tool for personal and business finances. Our consent development cam sometimes produce bugs or glitches on your account. For this reason, we have a reporting system available to you (help us help you!).
If your Paybook app presents a bug, you can reach us through UserSnap. To access UserSnap, click on the blue icon with a question mark; the option Report an Error will appear, and by clicking on it, the UserSnap interface will be launched.
Select the error or the section where the bug is located with the tools UserSnap has for you, You can highlight or blackout sections of our screen and make comments and observations. When your message is ready, just click send, and we'll get on it !
