LOGGING IN FROM THE WEB APP
01- From the Paybook website, click on the "Log In" button found in the upper right-hand corner.
You can also go directly to the login page using this link: https://www.paybook.com/auth
02- From the Log In page, enter your Paybook ID and Passphrase, then click "Log me in".
TO LOG OUT:
01- Hover over your username or image in the upper right hand corner.
02- Select "Log out" from the dropdown menu.
LOGGING IN FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
|01- Click the Sign In Button||02- Enter your Credentials & Sign In|
TO LOG OUT:
From the main menu, just tap "Log Out".
CAN'T ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT?
Click on the “Can't access our account?” link found below the log-in fields.
FORGOT YOUR PASSPHRASE?
Enter your Paybook ID and select the captcha icon associated with the text above it to recover your passphrase. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your passphrase. If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. For security purposes, we don't verify if you entered the correct ID, so if you still don't see an email, you may want to recover your Paybook ID using the measures noted below. FORGOT YOUR PAYBOOK ID?
If you forgot your Paybook ID, you will be asked to enter the email address you registered with and to select the captcha icon associated with the text above it. If you have multiple accounts linked to Paybook, you can use any one of those. You will be sent an email with your Paybook ID. If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. For security purposes, we don't verify if your email is correct, so if you still don't receive a message from us, you might need to retry entering your email address or another one that could be associated with the account.
