How do I report a bug or glitch on Glass?

In Glass, we are constantly improving to offer you the best managing tool for personal, and business finances. Our consent development sometimes can produce bugs or glitches on your account. For this reason, we have a reporting system available to you.

If your Glass presents a bug, you can reach us through UserSnap. To access UserSnap, click on the blue icon with a question mark; the option Report an Error will appear, and by clicking on it the UserSnap interface will be launched.


Select the error or the section where the bug is located with the tools UserSnap has for you, You can highlight sections of our screen, or make comments and observations,
